1. The subject approved EDT project was cancelled by paragraph 1, 1st Indorsement, from this Office, dated August 10, 1938, above file number.

2. Approved EDT Project No. 9-9 is being forwarded under separate cover to authorize the modification of the chassis in question and provide a body of suitable design so that this vehicle can be tested in comparison, with the 3-passenger motor tricycle.
