American Bantam Car Company,
Butler, Pennsylvania.

Gentlemen:-

It is requested that this office be furnished quotation in triplicate and approximate delivery date, upon receipt of formal purchase order, for the articles enumerated below. Quotations are to be F.O.B.: Holabird Quartermaster Depot, Baltimore, Maryland. All transportation charges to be prepaid by you. Cost of transportation should not be listed as a separate item, but should be absorbed in the unit price.

Bid price to be on the unit as specified and not for the lot. All material must be new and unused.

1 ea. Radiator Core for 1938 Bantam Car.

QUOTATIONS TO BE IN THIS OFFICE NOT LATER THAN: August 9, 1938

The enclosed certificate in triplicate must be signed by the bidder and returned as part of his quotation. Bids not including properly signed certificate will not be considered.

All quotations must be in triplicate and address to the Purchasing and Contracting Officer, Holabird Quartermaster Depot, Baltimore, Maryland.
