QMC FORM OF REQUEST FOR INFORMAL BIDS
(NEGOTIATED CONTRACTS)

INFORMAL BIDS, in triplicate will be received in this office until the date and hour named in the accompanying schedules, for furnishing the materials and supplies called for therein.

Bids must be submitted upon the Form of Bid attached hereto and in accordance with the instructions contained therein.

All informal bids received in response to this request will be used as a basis for negotiating contracts for the materials and supplies called for in the accompanying schedules.

Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked on the upper left-hand corner with to name and address of the bidder, the number of the request for informal bids, and addressed to the purchasing agency named below:

Baltimore, Maryland.
